Maincourse – Ensopado de borrego (lambsoup)

A typical Alentejo soup made with lamb, potatoes and fresh mint. It will be prepared allready hours before you arrive and you will love the freshness and the flavours. We combine this dish with bread and salad.

Dessert – Lime mousse

This indulging lime mousse is made with condenced milk and cream. The lime is a perfect balance for the sweetness. And topped with some grated chocolate it is the perfect ending of this dinner.

Coffee with a treat

Your coffee or tea will be complemented with a glass of ginja or moscatel.
